(Yicai Global) June 29 -- China hosted 48.8 million domestic tourists during the country's three-day Dragon Boat Festival holiday, which ended on June 27, logging CNY12.3 billion (USD1.7 billion) in tourism revenue, according to official data.

Tourists came to a park in Hunan province's Hengyang to be surrounded by flowers.

China reported no new confirmed Covid-19 cases during the three days as authorities stepped up their measures to keep tourists safe. The photo was taken from Dunhuang in Gansu province.

Tourists were feeding fish in Hebei province's Tangshan. According to the rules, tourist attractions could only accommodate 30 percent of their earlier full capacity each day to prevent possible virus transmission.

People were taking photos of water lilies in Jiangsu province's Yangzhou.
