(Yicai Global) July 31 -- Beijing-based metal packaging firm Org Packaging Co. [SHE:002701] said yesterday that it has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with well-known Chinese beverage company Guangdong Jianlibao Group Co. to provide it with can filling services.

The two groups will form a capital partnership to jointly invest in the food and beverage industry and related areas.

Org plans to offer Jianlibao can making and filling services as well as product planning, package design, online marketing and other comprehensive services.

Org said that its sales revenue from Jianlibao last year was USD985,300 (CYN6.63 million).

The Jianlibo brand is the Guangdong Jianlibao Group Co.'s core beverage business. Jianlibao was the first Chinese beverage brand to add alkaline electrolytes to its sports drinks.
