(Yicai Global) Sept. 13 -- Ogawa Smart Healthcare Technology Group has recently secured a three-year massage armchair supply order from South Korea's Bok Jung Scale, and the total price will be at least USD220 million.

The pair penned a cooperative agreement Sept. 11 to embark on full-scale partnership encompassing product research and development, production, sales, services and outsourcing operations, the Xiamen, Fujian province-based professional massage appliance and fitness machine supplier said in a statement yesterday.

BJSC will leverage its sales channels in South Korea to boost sales of Ogawa's products in the country, under the agreement. It will purchase a minimum of USD50 million worth of Ogawa chairs next year, and the minimum prices for 2020 and 2021 are fixed at USD70 million and USD100 million, respectively, the statement said, adding that the product models, quantities, prices and transport means will be determined through later consultation.

BJSC is a leading distributor of massaging chairs, massagers and health equipment in South Korea. It boasts large stores, online shopping malls, infomercials and other sales channels in the country, it added.
