The company's e-commerce business is relatively small and thus price rises by other couriers in the run-up to China's e-commerce online shopping festival on Nov. 11 have no impact on it, SF Holding said at a performance briefing, as domestic media reported.

The company will improve its cost-controls through various technologies and the use of larger aircraft and improved vehicle loading rates will produce a clear effect next year. Though carton prices have risen 40 to 50 percent in the recent two months, this proportion is not prohibitively high and so these costs are controllable.

SF Holding's revenue growth is swift in its same-city delivery business. The firm has conducted trial operations of this in several key cities this year and will start more next year, it said.
