(Yicai Global) May 19 -- Shanghai reported no new imported or domestically transmitted novel coronavirus cases yesterday, with the eastern metropolis' total remaining at 666, the city's health commission said this morning.

It also reported no asymptomatic cases under observation in the city as of yesterday.

Among the confirmed 326 imported Covid-19 cases so far, 17 patients are being treated, with two in serious condition, and 309 have been discharged upon recovery, the commission said.

It added three suspected cases, also involving people who had recently been overseas, are undergoing further tests.

Of the 340 local cases, seven have died, one is being treated and 332 patients have fully recovered and been released from hospital, the commission said.
