(Yicai Global) May 22 -- The Shanghai continued its decline this morning while Shenzhen indexes reversed their downward trend.
The Shanghai Composite Index opened 0.02 percent lower at 2,905.52 points and moved to 0.12 percent lower as of 10.30 a.m.
The Shenzhen Composite Index started 0.2 percent lower at 9,068.99 before edging 0.04 percent higher as of 10.30 a.m.
The ChiNext, which tracks growth enterprises listed in Shenzhen, opened flat at 1,493.66 and climbed 0.27 percent as of 10.30 a.m.
Ecological environment stocks led the gains with an average increase of 2 percent. Non-banking financials led the losses, falling 1.5 percent on average.
