(Yicai Global) June 21 -- US carburetor maker Walbro has called on authorities to open a probe into six Chinese fuel system makers accusing them of violating intellectual property rights in their products.
Walbro has filed a complaint with the US International Trade Commission, calling for a 337 unfair practices investigation, the Arizona-based firm said in a statement.
The company called for general exclusion and restraining orders against the Chinese enterprises, namely, Ruixing Carburetor Manufacturing, Huayi Carburetor Factory, Hualong Carburetor, Guangda General Machinery, Henghai Tools, and Youyi Trade.
