(Yicai Global) Nov. 19 -- China's Xunyou Network Technology and Tengdun Technology have agreed to cooperate on developing intelligent network technology for unmanned aerial vehicles.
The Sichuan province-based partners will explore the application of intelligent networks in commercial drones, as well as new products, services and related solutions for new products and construction of UAV intelligent networks, Xunyou Network said in a statement. Specific cooperation details will be determined by further negotiation.
Xunyou Network is mainly involved in cloud acceleration services for internet real-time interactive applications including online games. Tengdun Technology develops UAVs. Its 'double tailed scorpion' model has a maximum flying altitude of 8,000 meters and takeoff weight of 2.8 tons, with a mission load capacity of nearly a ton, public information shows.
