Geely and Renault Group announced yesterday they will invest BRL3.8 billion (USD714 million) in Brazil to jointly develop new zero-emission vehicles from the second half of next year. The move came around two weeks after Geely’s acquisition of a 26.4% stake in Renault’s Brazilian subsidiary.
