Trip.Com today announced multiple personnel changes, including Fan Min and Ji Qi, co-founders of the Chinese online travel agency, resigning from their posts as directors, with Fan also stepping down as president, while Wu Yihong and Xiao Yang have been appointed as new independent directors. China's market regulator opened an antitrust probe into the firm last month.
