Three companies under Hong Kong billionaire Li Ka-shing’s CK Hutchison Holdings announced today they will sell all their shares in UK Power Networks to French utility giant Engie for about HKD110.8 billion (USD14.2 billion). The three firms said the deal will generate substantial accounting gains and cash for future investments and acquisitions.
