China's border entries and exits rose 11% to a record 369 million in the first half from a year earlier, CCTV reported today, citing the National Immigration Administration. The figure for foreign nationals jumped 20% to 22.9 million, with the top 10 countries by foreign arrivals being South Korea, Russia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, the US, Japan, Mongolia, and Australia.
