China has unveiled its first AI smart operation model for 10-million-kW-class integrated hydropower, wind, and solar energy bases, ahead of the #WAIC2026 yesterday, marking a new step in applying AI to large clean energy operations, Xinhua reported. The model supports forecasting, power dispatching, operations, and market trading for the coordinated management of hydropower, wind, and solar resources.
