Tencent Music and K-pop agency SM Entertainment have set up a joint venture in Beijing, according to Chinese corporate registry platform Tianyancha. The legal representative of the new company, which has registered capital of CNY40 million (USD5.9 million), is Zhou Mi, a member of boy band Super Junior-M. The venture will focus on cultural and entertainment agent services, copyright agency services, artistic creation, and other related businesses.
