China's ByteDance launched its 2027 campus recruitment program on Aug. 3, targeting graduates between September this year and next August, with technical and product jobs accounting for over 70% of the total. #AI full-stack engineer and AI Agent development roles make their first appearance, while for non-R&D spots, product-related roles have increased 20%, with over half being AI products.
