China’s Yangtze Memory Technologies has broken into the ranks of the global top three NAND flash memory suppliers for the first time, after capturing a 14% share of shipments in the second quarter, according to data released today by market research firm Counterpoint. South Korea's Samsung led with 25%, followed by SK Hynix with 22%.
