China's State Council has formed a team to investigate the deadly cargo ship fire in #Qingdao, eastern Shandong province, on Sept. 10, the Ministry of Emergency Management said yesterday. The fire broke out when a foreign cargo ship was undergoing maintenance at China State Shipbuilding Corporation Qingdao Beihai Shipbuilding, leaving 25 dead and five injured.
