Hong Kong will unveil its first Five-Year Plan for economic and social development alongside the Policy Address today, Chief Executive John Lee said at a press briefing yesterday. The plan aims to establish a strategic blueprint with binding and anticipatory indicators to guide the SAR's growth throughout 2030.
