Global shipments of humanoid robots jumped over five fold to nearly 25,000 units in the first half from a year earlier, with China’s AgiBot coming first by both volume and revenue after selling over 8,600, data company IDC said yesterday. IDC predicted global shipments to exceed 750,000 by 2030.
