(Yicai Global) Nov. 5 -- The second China International Import Expo media center officially started running yesterday, providing professional, highly-efficient, convenient and cordial services for reporters and journalists from all over the world and will offer fifth-generation mobile network transmission for the first time.

Shanghai is hosting the second CIIE from today to Nov. 10. This global event has lured over 4,300 domestic and overseas journalists to take part thus far, with the contingent of those from overseas numbering nearly 900.

Sprawling over some 13,500 square meters, the CIIE media center is divided into various sections with different functions, e.g. consulting services, a public and exclusive media workspace, an area for radio and television technology services, an interview room, a news release hall and a catering and leisure services retreat.
