(Yicai Global) July 11 -- Shares in Anta Sports Products are on the rise this morning despite private investment firm Muddy Waters launching its third attack on the company as it looks to short sell its stock.

Anta shares[HKG:2020] were up almost 2.4 percent at HKD52.00 (USD6.65) as of 10.52 a.m., but are still down nearly 6 percent this week after Muddy Waters released its first short report over the weekend.

Muddy Waters' latest publication says Anta's denial of the initial report contradicted itself.
