(Yicai Global) Oct. 17 -- Beiming Software Co., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shijiazhuang Changshan Textile Co. [SHE:000158], has won a CNY479-million (USD72.6-million) bid to supply communications equipment and services for two projects issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China's (CAAC) Air Traffic Management Bureau, the company said in a press briefing yesterday.

The contract includes network equipment procurement amounting to about CNY379 million, and a platform for integrated network management, experimental testing, training, operation and maintenance, and disaster recovery worth CNY100 million.

Beiming Software has now won bids totaling CNY625 million in the civil aviation sector for communication network projects, which include hardware and software procurement, software development and implementation services.

Such communication networks guarantee safe operation of civil aviation, covering CAAC, regional administrations, supervision bureaus, civil aviation air traffic control systems, and most domestic civil aviation transport and airports.
