(Yicai Global) Feb. 7 -- China's Client Service International has won a KRW1 billion (USD859,439) fifth-generation wireless network software order from Seoul-based phone operator SK Telecom.

Client Service will provide SK Telecom with its self-developed financial database solutions, the Beijing-based supplier said in a statement yesterday.

The carefully vetted move demonstrates the prowess of the firm's product in the widening 5G markets around the world, the Chinese firm said. The above-mentioned software could also be used by financial institutions and power grids, it added.

Client Service's stock price [SHE: 300663] rose 1.5 percent to CNY23.21 (USD3.32) this afternoon.
