(Yicai Global) March 4 -- China's customs have detected 75 imported cases of Covid-19 by last night after finding 779 suspected cases and more than 6,000 travelers with fitting symptoms, the General Administration of Customs said today.

The number of confirmed cases outside China has reached 10,566 in 72 countries with 166 deaths, according to data that the World Health Organization released yesterday.
