(Yicai Global) March 22 -- China's CPI stayed low in January and February indicating that supply is recovering faster than demand, said Robin Xing, chief China economist at Morgan Stanley. This is an opportunity for China to use policies to maintain economic growth without the risk of monetary tightening.
