(Yicai Global) Oct. 20 -- China's industrial robot production doubled in September, according to the National Bureau of Statistics, and industrial robots have long maintained a healthy pace of growth.

Recently, the national bureau announced China's industrial added value for enterprises above a designated scale in September, with a year-on-year growth of 6.6 percent. From January to September this year, China's industrial output enterprises above a designated scale increased by 6.7 percent per year.

The output of industrial robots In September doubled to up to 13,085 units/sets for an annual increase of 103 percent.

From January to September, the output of industrial robots reached 95,351 units/sets for an annual rise of nearly 70 percent. Also, high-tech products like unmanned aerial vehicles, integrated circuits and new energy vehicles are also holding their rapid development momentum. These new areas will set the main course for future industrial transformation and upgrading.
