(Yicai Global) Dec. 25 -- China's mainland stock markets opened lower this morning after rebounding yesterday.

The Shanghai Composite Index opened 0.08 percent lower at 2,980.43, while the Shenzhen Component Index was at 10,176.72, down 0.12 percent. The ChiNext Price Index, which tracks growth enterprises in Shenzhen, started down 0.21 percent at 1,766.22.
