(Yicai Global) Nov. 15 -- Kaola, the cross-border e-commerce platform under Chinese giant NetEase will purchase imported consumer goods worth CNY3 billion (USD431 million) from Chinese firm Global Top E-Commerce within three years.

Global Top's wholly-owned unit Unique Foods and Family Overseas have signed a purchasing intention agreement with NetEase affiliate HQG, the operator of Kaola.com, the Shenzhen-based firm said in a statement.

Unique will provide HQG with imported goods according to its requirements, which will be sold on Kaola.com. Kaola sells a wide range of consumer products and prides itself on selling 100 percent authentic goods at low prices.
