(Yicai Global) Aug. 21 -- The three major Chinese mainland indexes all opened higher this morning, as wireless earphones and voice technology service providers took the lead.

The Shanghai Composite Index rose 0.49 percent to 3,380.23, while the Shenzhen Component Index increased 0.94 percent to 13,445.96. The ChiNext, which tracks growth enterprises listed in Shenzhen, opened 0.92 percent higher to 2,611.54.

Th securities and banking sectors were also among best performers, while agriculture, soy planters and hotels, catering and irrigation stocks were biggest losers.
