(Yicai Global) Feb. 5 -- All three of China's major stock market benchmarks rose at today's opening as they continue to bounce back from the impact of the novel coronavirus, which had wiped almost 9 percent off the indexes when markets re-opened on Feb. 3, following an extended holiday for the Chinese New Year.

The Shanghai Composite Index started at 2,792.37, up 0.33 percent, while the Shenzhen Component Index opened 0.69 higher percent at 10,159.55. The ChiNext Price Index, which tracks growth enterprises in Shenzhen, jumped 1.40 percent to 1,908.97.
