China Stocks Up This Morning After Opening Flat China Stocks Up This Morning After Opening Flat

Yicai Global) Sept. 11 -- The benchmark indices of China's stock markets rose after a flatline opening in early trading today.

The Shanghai Composite Index climbed up 0.21 percent to 3,372.19 points at 9.55 a.m., and the Shenzhen Component Index rose 0.30 percent to 11,004.00 points, while the Growth Enterprise Index fell 0.02 percent to 1,884.96 points.

The Shanghai Composite Index was at 3,365.35 points at opening, compared with its close at 3,365.24 points on Sept. 8.

The Shenzhen Component Index opened at 10,979.72 points, almost unchanged from Sept. 8's closing at 10970.77 points.

The Growth Enterprise Index dipped 0.11 percent to 1,883.65 points at the starting bell, down slightly on Friday's close at 1,885.27 points.
