(Yicai Global) April 15 -- Beijing Juefei Technology, an artificial intelligence-driven tech firm that provides location-based data services and other smart solutions for the autonomous driving and Internet of Vehicles fields, has raised almost CNY100 million (USD15.3 million) in a funding round led by Chinese investment firm Hygoal Capital.

Other participants in the Series A round were venture capital companies Lightspeed China Partners and Yunqi Partners, the Beijing-based tech company said today without revealing exact investment amounts.

The funds will be used to integrate data platform technologies and implement them in various scenarios, it added.

Set up in January 2019, Juefei provides high-precision map data services that support different autonomous driving applications. It has also recently introduced a lidar or laser light-based roadside multi-sensor fusion solution for vehicle to infrastructure communication.
