The two parties will upgrade existing stations as well as set up new piles in multiple cities across the country, including Shenzhen and Guangzhou in southeastern Guangdong province, Haikou in southern Hainan province, Changsha in central Hunan province and Chengdu in southwestern Sichuan province, they said.
