(Yicai Global) Feb. 28 -- Covid-19 mainly causes damage to the lungs, according to the first autopsy on a patient who contracted the virus that leads to pneumonia.
Damage to other organs requires further research, Professor Liu Liang, who led the first post-mortem examination, wrote in a report published on China's Journal of Forensic Medicine.
