(Yicai Global) May 14 -- Shares of GoHigh Data Networks Technology jumped to a nearly one-month high today after one of China's key vehicle-to-everything solution providers said that it will team up with a company controlled by Baidu's chief executive.

GoHigh's stock price [SHE:00851] rose by the daily limit of 10 percent at CNY8.40 (USD1.18) by the lunch break, after which it retreated to CNY8.07 in the afternoon.

The tech firm will partner with Baidu Netcom Science Technology by using its C-V2X infrastructure to create driving solutions for Baidu's open-source autopilot ecosystem Apollo, the Beijing-based supplier said in a statement yesterday. Baidu founder Robin Li has nearly all of the partnering company's shares.

Before this, GoHigh, which seeks to help cars communicate seamlessly with other vehicles, pedestrians, and roads, has teamed up with Alibaba Group Holding and Huawei Technologies on self-driving vehicle technologies.
