(Yicai Global) July 28 -- Goldlok Toys Holdings (Guangdong) Co. [SHE:002348] will cooperate with information technology company iFlytek Co. [SHE:002230] to develop intelligent service robotics and robot products.

Goldlok, a toy developer headquartered in southern Guangdong province, said in a statement issued yesterday that both parties have signed a cooperation agreement, covering technical fields such as manual control, automatic navigation, multilingual language support and biological recognition of intelligent service robot.

Goldlok said it will set up a special technical team to attract outstanding domestic and foreign artificial intelligence (AI) talents. However, it did not disclose the financial details of the deal.
