(Yicai Global) Jan. 16 -- New house prices in China's four biggest cities rose 0.2 percent on the month in December, slowing 0.2 point from the month prior, according to official data published today.
Home prices rose 0.4 percent on the month in Beijing, , 0.7 percent in Shenzhen and 0.3 percent in Guangzhou, but remained unchanged from November in Shanghai, the National Bureau of Statistics said.
New home prices in 31 second-tier cities and 35 third-tier cities rose 0.3 percent and 0.6 percent on average, both 0.1 point faster than in November, the bureau added.
