(Yicai Global) June 9 -- Shanghai Disney Resort’s Wishing Star Park, the World of Disney Store and Blue Sky Boulevard will resume operations on June 10 after over two months of closure due to an outbreak of Covid-19 albeit with restricted visitor numbers and shorter opening hours.

The main park and the two hotels in the resort will remain closed until further notice, the entertainment complex said in a press release today. The resort has been shut since March 21.

All visitors must have green health codes, have tested negative within 72 hours of entering the resort and must wear masks except when dining, it said.

The Wishing Star Park will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., the World of Disney Store from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and the Blue Sky Boulevard from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. But business hours remain subject to change depending on actual operating conditions.

The Shanghai theme park, co-owned by the Walt Disney Company and Shanghai Shendi Group, is one of China’s most popular scenic spots and was the first Disney resort to break even in its first year of operation. It is now in its sixth year.
