(Yicai Global) July 7 -- The Malaysian subsidiary of Sino Great Wall Co., Ltd. [SHE:000018] (SGW) recently won the bid for a housing construction project in Likas, Kota Kinabalu, the capital of the state of Sabah, Malaysia.

The contract value is around USD136 million (CNY909 million). 

The project encompasses one building complex, two apartment buildings with 22 floors, one with 21 floors, one 16-floor hotel equipped with a boutique hall, and one 13-floor shopping mall/office building together with supporting projects.

The construction period for the project is 40 months with the ground-breaking set for July 26, per the announcement.

Also, a partnership composed of the company and PowerChina Construction Group Ltd. has been chosen as a winning candidate in the bid for the PPP Project for the New Building and Healthcare Center Construction of the Second People's Hospital in Anyang in east-central Henan province, with total investment planned at CNY1.33 billion, another notice outed at the same time stated.
