(Yicai Global) Feb. 20 -- Shanghai reported no new cases of the novel coronavirus pneumonia yesterday in the second day running with not one confirmed case, the eastern Chinese megacity's health commission announced this morning.

One 79-year-old woman died yesterday, however, in the city's second fatality. She had a history of high blood pressure and cerebral infarction, according to the commission.

The city has declared 333 verified Covid-19 infections, of these, in addition to the two deaths, 17 remain in critical condition,186 have fully recovered and been released from hospital, and 128 are in stable condition.

The patients, whose ages range from seven months to 88 years, include 173 men and 160 women.
