(Yicai Global) Feb. 17 -- Shanghai's bus and taxi operators are now entitled to bar riders without masks during the Corvid-19 epidemic, the city's transport bureau announced in a notice today.

Passengers are Also encouraged to use contactless payment methods, and taxis are not allowed to provide hackney carriage services beyond the city's boundaries, per the notice. Outside cabs are also banned from entering the eastern megacity which is home to 24 million residents.
