(Yicai Global) July 25 -- Shenyang Blue Silver Industry Automatic Equipment Co.'s [SHE:300293] overseas subsidiary will provide nine units of industrial cleaning machines to three domestic engine manufacturers affiliated with the car giant Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co. The contract amount is about EUR14.3 million (USD16.7 million), accounting for about 62 percent of the company's audited annual revenue of 2016.

The holding company Dürr Ecoclean GmbH has signed a contract with China Ningbo International Cooperation Co. It is scheduled for delivery between Jan. 15 and June 15, 2018, Shenyang Blue Silver said in a statement yesterday.

Public data show that Dürr Ecoclean GmbH is a German machinery and plant equipment supplier. Shenyang Blue Silver completed acquisition of 85 percent of industrial cleaning system and surface treatment business assets of the group at the end of March this year.

Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co.'s three domestic engine manufacturers are the ultimate buyers of the industrial cleaning machines, the statement added.
