(Yicai Global) July 4 -- Shenzhen Baoyufeng Technology Co. will work with 360 mobile to offer mobile games on the latter's platform.

Baoyufeng has signed a cooperation agreement with Beijing Shijie Xinghui Technology Co., which runs 360 mobile, to provide mobile gaming services on the platform, Kairuide Holding Co. [SHE:002072], the parent company of Baoyufeng Technology, said yesterday.

Baoyufeng will supply the games and take charge of their operation.

 The two sides will jointly peddle these games and share the revenues they spin per the agreement, the announcement said.
