(Yicai Global) Oct. 16 -- Qingdao TGood Electric Co. [SHE:300001] will ply strategic cooperation with China's major online taxi fleet Didi Dache to provide recharging services for the latter's online cabs across China.

TGood's wholly-owned subsidiary Qingdao TGood EVC Co. has struck a cooperative agreement with Beijing Didi Infinity Technology and Development Co. (Didi) for this purpose, as the former announced yesterday.

By taking advantage of integrated resources and technical platforms, the parties will integrate the advantages of a listed company in nationwide recharging network and recharging technology, and provide Didi drivers with more secure, economical and accessible recharging services, the announcement added.

Cooperation with Didi is a firm step into the electric online taxi market and an important strategic part of the company's auto recharging network, TGood further stated.
