Anker Innovations has passed its Hong Kong IPO hearing, planning to list on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The Chinese consumer electronics firm plans to issue up to 68.5 million shares, with CICC, Goldman Sachs, and JPMorgan Chase as joint sponsors.
