New home prices in China's first-tier cities increased 0.2% in May from the previous month, NBS data showed today. Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen saw new home prices increase 0.2%, 0.2%, and 0.4%, respectively, while Beijing reported a 0.2% decline.
