China Arrests 17 More for Involvement in Xiangshui Explosion

(Yicai Global) April 15 -- Police in China have arrested 17 more people whose neglect is believed to have caused a blast that killed 78 at Jiangsu Tianjiayi Chemical in Xiangshui County on March 21, the local government said on Weibo today. A total of 26 suspects are now being held in relation to the explosion.
