(Yicai Global) Sept. 24 -- China's BYD has secured its first pure electric bus order in Germany. 

BYD will sell 22 electric buses to BOGESTRA, a German public transit operator in the Ruhr area, the Shenzhen-based firm said in statement on its website today. Deliveries will start in the summer of 2020, it added, without disclosing financial details.
