China's GDP Grew 6.9% Last Year to Nearly USD13 Trillion(Yicai Global) Jan. 18 -- China's gross domestic product expanded 6.9 percent last year to CNY82.71 trillion (USD12.92 trillion), marking the first time it has exceeded CNY80 trillion, the National Bureau of Statistics announced today.
The rise in GDP was 0.2 percentage points higher than that of 2016, the first time since 2010 that the country's economic growth has accelerated.
