(Yicai Global) Dec. 25 -- China's mainland stock markets closed for lunch mixed today after opening lower.

The Shanghai Composite Index hit the break 0.02 percent lower at 2,982.12, while the Shenzhen Component Index was at 10,236.37, up 0.46 percent. The ChiNext Price Index, which tracks growth enterprises in Shenzhen, closed up 0.85 percent at 1,784.87.
